General Terms

By participating in SIT Games (the “Event”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). These T&Cs form a legally binding agreement between Sleepyhead (the “Organizer”) and all participants. Please read them carefully before registering. Participation in the Event is subject to compliance with these terms and conditions. By participating in the Event, the participants agree to abide by all the rules and regulations outlined herein. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the Event and forfeiture of any prizes.

1. Eligibility: The Event is open to individuals aged 18 years and above, who are residents of India. Employees of the Organizer, affiliated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Registration: To register, participants must complete the official QR code questionnaire provided by the Organizer. All information submitted must be accurate and truthful. The Organizer will screen registrations and shortlist participants based on the questionnaire responses. Selected participants will receive confirmation via email or phone. Any false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification.
3.  Incomplete/Incorrect Entries: Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or contain false information will be disqualified. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that all details provided are accurate and complete.
4.  Eligibility Verification: Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and winners, including their identity, age, and place of residence. Organizer may disqualify any participant or winner found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
5. Event Rules & Conduct: The Event consists of various physical and endurance-based challenges, primarily involving prolonged sitting. Participants will be eliminated based on predefined rules, and voluntary withdrawals are allowed at any stage, though re-entry is not permitted. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules, engaging in unfair play, or disrupting the Event. Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward fellow participants, influencers, event staff, and attendees. 
6. Misconduct: Any form of harassment, fraud, cheating, or misconduct will lead to disqualification. Additionally, participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by the Organizer. Given the nature of the challenges, there are inherent health risks, and participants acknowledge that the Organizer will not be responsible for any injuries, discomfort, or health issues arising from participation. By registering, participants waive any claims against the Organizer related to the Event.
7. Prizes & Rewards: The winner of the Event will receive a grand prize of ₹1,00,000, subject to applicable taxes. The Organizer will process the payment after required deductions in compliance with Indian tax laws. Additional prizes, such as recliners, home furnishings, or mystery box rewards, may be awarded to other participants. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards. If the winner declines the grand prize, the Organizer reserves the right to either award it to the next eligible participant or determine an alternative method of distribution. The Organizer has full discretion over prize allocation and reserves the right to modify the prize structure if necessary.
8. Media & Content Rights: By participating, individuals grant the Organizer full rights to capture, use, and distribute photographs, videos, and other media featuring them during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes. Participants also consent to being featured in press releases, interviews, and social media content.
9. Third Party Collaboration: The Organizer may collaborate with influencers and brand partners, and any content generated from such collaborations, including images and videos of participants, will remain the intellectual property of Sleepyhead. The Organizer reserves the right to use this content across advertising, marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities without additional compensation to participants.
10. Disclaimers & Liability: Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent health and safety risks associated with prolonged sitting and physical challenges. The Organizer will not be liable for any injuries, medical conditions, or discomfort that arise during or after the Event. Participants take full responsibility for their own well-being and voluntarily assume any risks involved. The Organizer is also not responsible for unexpected disruptions, including but not limited to technical failures, environmental conditions, or third-party actions that may affect the Event. Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notification to participants. The Organizer will not be responsible for any third-party services or actions that may affect the administration or outcome of the Event. Any issues or disputes with third-party services or actions must be resolved directly with the third party. The Organizer will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants or winners as a result of participating in the Event or accepting the prizes.
11. Indemnity: By participating in the offer, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and the third-party agency from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Event. The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this offer, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the administration of the offer, or any technical malfunctions or failures.
12. Non-Transferable: The rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions are personal to the participants and winners and cannot be assigned or transferred to any other person.
13. Vendor Compliance: The Event is being conducted in compliance with all necessary venue permissions, branding approvals, and local authority regulations. The Organizer retains the right to include sponsor promotions, vendor collaborations, and branded content during the Event. Any modifications to the event setup will be carried out in accordance with relevant legal and safety requirements.
14. Data Privacy: By participating in the Event, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data (including name, contact details, and purchase information) by the Organizer and its third-party agency for the purposes of organizing the Event and contacting winners. The Organizer and its third-party agency will take reasonable measures to protect participants' personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Participants' personal data will be shared only with the third-party agency managing the Event and will not be disclosed to any other third parties without the participants' consent, except as required by law.
15. Taxes and Charges: All taxes, levies, or other charges payable in connection with the prize or any other aspect of the Event will be the sole responsibility of the winners. The Organizer will not be liable for any tax implications that may arise from the prizes.
16. Documentation: Winners may be required to provide additional documentation to comply with applicable tax laws and regulations.
17. Force Majeure: The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor strikes, or governmental actions.
18. Compliance with Laws: Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their participation in this Event. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
19. Right to Terminate: The Organizer reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions and the Event at any time without prior notice if it is deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
20. Use of Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and logos used in connection with this Event, are the property of the Organizer or its licensors. Participants are not granted any rights to use these intellectual properties without the prior written consent of Organizer.
21. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussions between the Parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within seven (7) days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the Parties. The venue of arbitration shall be Bangalore, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
22. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore. The Company’s decision will be binding.
23. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and the Participants with respect to the Event and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
24. Binding Nature: These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the participant and Organizer regarding the participant’s participation in the offer.
25. Right to Use Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions provided by participants regarding the Event may be used by the Organizer for marketing, improvement of services, or other business purposes without any obligation to compensate the participant.
26. Miscellaneous: The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Event, or who is in breach of these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated on the Organizer’s website and social media channels.
27.  Acceptance of Terms: By registering for and participating in the Event, individuals agree to these T&Cs.
