Our No Questions Asked Shipping & Return Policy

It’s OK to change your mind. We value your decision, and that’s why we have NO QUESTIONS ASKED SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY.

Your Refund will be processed immediately once the mattress is picked up. Trust us, your Return and Refund is as hassle-free, just like the rest of our processes.

Return policy is not applicable for Custom size mattresses.

Sleepyhead Home Furnishing Products

Under this policy, you can return or exchange the furnishing products. The product will be delivered within 0 to 7 business days

  1. Home Furnishings Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition only. The same needs to be conveyed to the Sleepyhead support team within 7 days of receiving the package.
  2. Once you have shared pictures of the damaged or defective product, as requested by our customer support team, we will then validate them.
  3. Once the validation of the damaged or defective product is completed, the returns & replacement team will process your request for return/replacement.

P.S. There is no trial period on Home Furnishing products.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Call the Sleepyhead Support Team on +91 8884884345 or email at support@mysleepyhead.com to raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the package.
  2. Fill in a simple Sleepyhead Order Return Form.
  3. Your return request will be validated by our support team in 24-48 hours.
  4. You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
  5. We will be arranging for your return to be picked up in 7-8 business days post validation of the request.
  6. Once your return is picked up, we will process your refund. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.
