Sleepyhead Furniture Products – Replacement Only Policy

Under this policy, you are eligible for a replacement with the same product. Sleepyhead Replacements are as easy as 1,2, Zzz.

  • Furniture Products are eligible for a replacement if they are received in a damaged or defective condition that must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or installation.
  • Any physical damage reported post 24 hours from the date of delivery & installation of the product is not eligible for replacement.
  • Only manufacturing defects reported within 10 days from the date of delivery & installation of the product will be entertained.
  • At the time of installation/delivery, whichever is applicable, examine the product carefully for damaged parts. If any part of the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of the receipt of delivery/installation. We will arrange a replacement.
  • We reserve the right to request images and videos to process the replacement.

How To Initiate A Replacement

  1. Call the Sleepyhead Support Team on +91 8884884345 or email at support@mysleepyhead.com to raise your replacement request.
  2. Your replacement request will be validated by our support team in 24-48 hours.
  3. You will be notified every step of the way through email.
  4. We will dispatch your replacement within 7-8 business days post-validation of the request.
  5. Once your replacement product is delivered, we will arrange the reverse pick for the damaged or defective product on the same day or within 7-8 business days.
