Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the “Sleepyhead Concert Ticket Giveaway Campaign” (“Campaign”) organized by Duroflex Private Limited (referred to as “Organizer”, “we”, or “our”), and apply to all individuals (“Participants” or “you”) who enter or participate in the Campaign.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Overview

2.1 The Campaign offers a chance to win entry tickets to a concert on 17th May 2025.

2.2 Only five (5) concert tickets are available and winners will be selected as outlined below.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a resident of India.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Employees or affiliates of Duroflex and their families are not eligible.

4. Campaign Period and Participation Channels

4.1 Social Media Contest (1 Ticket)

• Participants must have a first name starting with G & R or S & H.
• Engage on Sleepyhead’s official campaign post (comment, tag friends, follow other instructions).
• 1 winner selected randomly; notified via social media. 24-hour response window applies.

4.2 Instamart Flyer Campaign (4 Tickets)

• Visit a Sleepyhead Store in Bangalore on Sunday, 11th May 2025.
• Spend a minimum of ₹15,000 in a single invoice.
• Receive an additional 10% discount during campaign period.
• 4 winners selected randomly and contacted via provided contact info.

5. Ticket Availability and Restrictions

• Only 5 tickets in total.
• First-come, first-qualified basis.
• Only one ticket per person. Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

• Winners notified via platform used to participate.
• Must provide government-issued ID and purchase receipt (if applicable).
• If winner fails to respond in 24 hours, alternate may be chosen.

7. Ticket Terms and Limitations

• Each winner gets one (1) valid entry ticket.
• No cash alternative or refund.
• Duroflex is not responsible for event entry refusals or lost tickets.

8. Third-Party Event Disclaimer

• Duroflex is not affiliated with the event organizers or performers.
• All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• Ticket acceptance implies agreement to event organizer’s rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

• No responsibility for technical issues or entry errors.
• Duroflex’s liability limited to the ticket’s value.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

• By entering, you consent to use of your personal data for the Campaign.
• No data will be shared beyond what's necessary for prize distribution.

11. Modifications, Suspension, and Termination

• Organizer reserves the right to alter or terminate the Campaign at any time.
• No compensation if Campaign is terminated.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes subject to courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
