No set up required. Just unwrap, unwind and unroll.

Is there any difference buying Sleepyhead online and buying on Amazon?

Sleepyhead gift coupons can be redeemed only for purchase through Sleepyhead website. Purchases made through Amazon will have only Amazon’s promotional offers.

What is the delivery cost and how long does it take to deliver?

Shipping is FREE. Yay! We take a maximum of 1 – 5 business days to deliver the mattress. And worry not, in case the delivery gets delayed due to unpredictable incidents, our support team will keep you updated.

Would you remove my existing mattress?

Unfortunately we don’t take any old mattresses.

Do I need to be at the home for delivery?

Our couriers require a signature when they deliver, so yes, someone will need to be at home. If you do miss your delivery don’t worry, our courier will give one more try over the next two business days. For help re-scheduling your delivery day, just contact us.

How do I get an update on my order?

You’ll get an order confirmation mail as soon as you have completed your purchase.
You will be receiving a dispatch confirmation with tracking code once the courier has picked the product.
You can track the movement from the courier’s website. Post-delivery confirmation will be send once the product reaches your door step.

You can track order from the courier’s website. Sleepyhead will be sending your tracking ID and courier’s website details along with the dispatch confirmation email.

Can my delivery address be different from billing address?

Yes, it can be different. Just update your delivery address and billing address of your liking while placing the order.

Can I make a change to my order?

Simply reach out to us at [email protected] before your order is dispatched and let us know what changes are needed, we’ll help you, promise!

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. You can write to us at [email protected] to process your cancellation.

Once the order is dispatched, the cancellation would attract a nominal cancellation charge + shipment charge of Rs 1000.

What if there is a shipping defect?

While our packaging is designed to withstand the shipping process, we would encourage you to not accept the shipment if the packaging is torn, and inform our Customer Care department immediately.

Do I need to flip or rotate my mattress?

Our mattresses are designed to be a non-flip- able because when you sleep on a Sleepyhead, there is simply no need to do so. Our foam core has been designed to have a specific top and bottom. Always keep the zippered side down for optimal comfort.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment via Visa, Master Card, Net Banking or EMI option.

Is GST included in the price?

MRP shown on the website includes GST & Taxes.

Can I buy the mattress in EMI?

Our payment gateway allows you to purchase the mattress on EMI. The offer is limited to banks that are tied up with the payment gateway.

How Can I Return?

It’s really simple. All you have to do is contact our Customer Care at [email protected] Shipment will be arranged by Sleepyhead for reverse logistics. Returns will be inspected and picked up within 7 working days of raising a return Approved refunds will be credited back to your bank account within 15 working days.

Are the accessories also part of the Return policy?

No. Accessories does not carry have a Return Policy.

Will returns on 100 night Trial cost me?

Absolutely not. We offer free returns on Sleepyhead mattresses if the mattress is returned within 100 nights.

Do I need to return in the original box if I decide to return?

You need not return the mattress in the box. You need to be a superhuman to roll it back inside the box!

The mattress has to be covered in polythene cover for the logistic partner to accept the return.

But don’t worry, the polythene cover will be couriered by Sleepyhead to your address once the return request is raised.

What are the documents I need to hand over during return procedure?

Please ensure that you give back the original invoice when you are claiming a refund under 100 nights Trial. Our team may request you to supply photographs of the mattress in order to validate the genuineness of the claim.

As soon the return request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. It will take maximum 15 working days to credit the refund into your bank account.You will be receiving a dispatch confirmation with tracking code once the courier has picked the product.

How long should it take to get used to a new mattress?

Getting used to a new mattress is similar to getting used to a new pair of shoes. The mattress you previously owned had time to adapt to your body shape and soften. When you sleep on a new mattress, it is possible you may feel a slight discomfort at first, and that is why we recommend trying your Sleepyhead mattress for at least 30 days before considering a return.

Will my mattress sag?

Sleepyhead mattresses are perfectly designed so that deformation and sagging are unlikely to happen for at least 10 years if used properly. Sleepyhead Limited Warranty ensures protection against any sagging for a period of 10 years (refer to the list of manufacturing defects under Warranty Policy).

How do I make a warranty claim?

To initiate the warranty claim process, please contact us on [email protected] with clear description of the problem, associated pictures and copy of purchase invoice.

What does the mattress warranty cover?

The Sleepyhead warranty covers manufacturing defects such as sagging or flaws in the foam causing it to split or crack within 10 years from the original purchase date. To learn more about the terms of our warranty, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Is the warranty applicable for accessories?

The warranty is only applicable on Sleepyhead mattresses and Sleepyhead Natural Bamboo mattress protector. Other accessories do not carry any warranty.
